About Me

I am currently pursuing a master's degree in Bioinformatics. My research here at Georgia Tech, under Professor Mark Borodovsky, focuses on dene novo gene prediction.

I have a bachelor's degree in computer science from the Czech Technical University in Prague where I focused on research in unsupervised machine learning, notably graph based clustering.
