About me
Master's in Bioinformatics student at Georgia Tech and I am currently working in Dr. Hammer's Lab on the Type VI Secretion System in V.cholerae.
I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from VIT University, India. My undergraduate thesis was on evaluating the dynamics of chromatin interaction, specifically the interactions of Lamina and Inter-Lamina Associated Domains during lactogenic differentiation. I carried out this research in the Nuclear Dynamics Lab at University of Hyderabad, India
