Hi, I am a Bioinformatics Masters student taking the BIOL 7210 class, In which I am in team 2: de novo genome assembly and predictive web server. I am currently in the McDonald lab and I am interested in cancer Biology, specifically driver gene mutations across the primary, metastatic and recurrent tumor samples.
