About me

Master's in Bioinformatics student at Georgia Tech and I am currently working in Dr. Hammer's Lab on the Type VI Secretion System in V.cholerae.

I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from VIT University, India. My undergraduate thesis was on evaluating the dynamics of chromatin interactions during lactogenic differentiation of mouse mammary epithelial cells, more specifically the interactions of Lamina and Inter-Lamina Associated Domains. I carried out this research in the Nuclear Dynamics Lab at University of Hyderabad, India
