Hello Bio-enthusiasts, I am Sarthak Sharma from MS Bioinformatics at Georgia Tech. I am crazy about Python and really passionate about Neuroscience. I am currently working with Dr. Alberto Stolfi. We are trying to do some interesting stuff with recently developed single-cell RNA (scRNA-seq) sequencing techniques. For the Computational Genomics Course, I am working in two teams - The Gene Prediction group and The Predictive Web Server Development group.
